Key Account Manager to GANT Sweden

GANT is now looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Swedish Wholesale team. The team consists of key account managers and customer support functions for Sweden, and the role is reporting to our Head of Wholesale Sweden.
About the role
As KAM at GANT you will be managing sales for your assigned wholesale & franchise accounts with a strong focus on key cities and online sales. You will own the account & channel planning in close collaboration with your local & global support functions. You will drive a profitable and sustainable market share growth while respecting the image of the GANT brand.
Responsibilities
- The sell-in and overall implementation of our commercial strategies
- Own the implementation of the account strategy jointly with key stakeholders in the region
- Show room set up
- Manage the financial planning and forecasting
- Full financial P&L of the accounts within your area of responsibility
- Key KPI´s net sales, market share, margin & rate of sale
You will own the decision making within your area of responsibility jointly, supported by the Head of Wholesale or WHS Director and your Global support functions.
Your skills
- Experience from international key account management with focus on e-Commerce & digital sales
- Ideally experience in apparel/fashion/shoes/sport or FMCG
- 3-5 years in Sales with strong strategic and analytical skills
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in written

You have the ability to get people onboard and have strong negotiation & communications skills both verbally & in written. You have the ability to see the big picture and play the short & long game at the same time. You like numbers and to analyze your business is something you cannot get enough of.
