GANT is now looking for a Sales & Operations Manager to join our Nordic Wholesale team. The team consists of key account managers and customer support functions for Sweden & Denmark. The role is reporting to our Wholesale Director and is located in our HQ in Stockholm.

This is a parental cover until September 2024 with an estimated start of June 2023. For the right individual and with the right timing there are many exciting opportunities within GANT, both locally and globally.

About the role

As our Sales & Operations Manager you will play a critical role between the region & HQ with the objective to maintain and develop our operating model for wholesale. You will ensure that we execute our commercial strategies with consistency across your region and protect our brand mark by ensuring that our customer segmentation & commercial policy’s will be implemented and maintained within the Global framework. You will also be the go to person for product marketing, sales and finance for all topics related to the areas of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Own all operational aspects within wholesale operation & manage the CS & Sales & Operation team.
• Manage the customer segmentation strategy and implementation for your region
• Own trade investment implementation and ensure that our commercial policies will be followed & ensure proper processing and documentation of trade agreements
• Responsible for customer mapping and the service matrix linked to this
• Own all system management with Colect & EDI and systems connected to the areas of responsibility in order to ensure proper processing and documentation of customer master data
• Drive functional & cross functional training linked to our system tool strategies & policies.
• Ensure we maintain a commercial order book with consistency from order entry to delivery to the customer & consumer.
• Contribute to review and improve processes for increased efficiency
• Report distribution incidents in alignment with our global framework
• Ensure we deliver daily customer service to our whs accounts with focus on strategic accounts.
• Coach and support the team and manage target setting and development plans

Your skills

• Excellent knowledge of ERP systems (e.g SAP, Microsoft AX Dynamics)
• Business Administration or Sales
• Knowledge of Supply Chain is an asset
• +3 years experience in a similar role, preferably within Retail/Fashion industry
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in written
