We have some exciting news to share - GANT is opening a new top tier store in the city center of Copenhagen. The store is located in the very best location on Amagertorv 16, in the shopping district of Strøget.

About the role

On September 1, 2023 we are opening the doors to this brand new store in Strøget, and we are therefore looking for a In-store visual merchandiser to join the team. 

As our In-store visual merchandiser you will be in charge of the Visual experience of the store, while reflecting the vision and goals associated with GANT. You will deliver an exceptional experience for our customers entering the store. You are a leading example for providing a premium and enriching experience for every customer and you breathe fashion and represent the preppy lifestyle by GANT.

You will be responsible for implementing company visual guidelines as well as in close collaboration with the local head of experience and training and the global experience team, adopting and developing the guidelines to work in the flagship environment. Furthermore, you will from a store perspective project lead, implement, and evaluate any experience-related activities taking place in the store.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model to reinforce the new GANT - Both in-store and private
• Responsible for the visual presentation and merchandising of the store is consistent with company standards.
• Implementation of all experience-related initiatives.
• Secure you work close and consistent with the North Experience and training team as well as global experience team
• Observe and conform to all retail policies and procedures as set out in the retail policy and procedures manual
• Reports to AGM/GM with a dotted line to the North head of Experience and Training North and Global Experience.

Your skills

• Minimum two years experience as a Flagship Store Visual Merchandiser or Area Visual Merchandiser covering a Flagship store
• Experience of customer service in a premium environment.
• Analytical skills
• Great passion for fashion and lifestyle concepts
• You get triggered by high-set goals and ambitions
• Strong communication skills, fluently in both Danish and English and preferably more languages
• Positive attitude and loves to work in a fast-paced environment
